Once your house is on the MLS, which I am part of GSMLS and NJMLS, I use many social media platforms with targeted ads to find the buyer for your house.  When the buyer is found, I will help you negotiate the offer for the best price.  From accepted offer to close, I am with you every step of the way communicating to you all aspects of the transaction.
